The Punk Archive: How was your day at Camden Rocks? Where did you play?
Adam: We had such an awesome day at Camden Rocks! We played last year so we knew it would be another great day out, but this year really exceeded our expectations: all the venues were packed, the atmosphere was great, and there was just a really nice vibe everywhere we went throughout the day. We played an acoustic set at Brew Dog at 7.30pm then went and did our real thing at The Enterprise at 10pm. It was really nice to play just before our tour buddies Electric River, and the audience were amazing: huge thank you to everyone who came out to both shows to see us play.
The Punk Archive: How did your acoustic & live sessions go? How were they different from each other? Which did you prefer?
Adam: The acoustic thing is still relatively new for us, but we're starting to get more used to it and enjoy it a lot more. We were so pleased to have so many people turn out for both of the shows. We were a bit nervous about the acoustic set because we were on straight after Get Cape Wear Cape, who is an amazing acoustic artist. Fortunately, all the songs we played went down really well and it was nice to give the people who had seen us before a new take on our songs. The main gig at 10pm was usual Camden stuff: hot, sweaty, lots of audience participation and we left the stage buzzing. London has started becoming a really good place for us, so big thanks to all our friends and fans, old and new for coming out and supporting us on Saturday! I'd say we preferred the 10pm set, just because we'd been looking forward to it all day after rushing about all over town doing bits and pieces of press, a radio session and the acoustic gig, so it was nice just to get on stage and let rip.

The Punk Archive: Who did you see, or who did you want to see?
Adam: We were so busy running around we hardly got to see any bands sadly. We really wanted to watch The Subways, Blitz Kids, Apologies I Have None and Boy Jumps Ship, but we heard all of their sets were brilliant, so we'll catch them at the next festival I'm sure! It's always a pleasure to see Electric River doing their thing so we watched them after our set, and even got on stage with them to sing their last song! It was nice to meet Colin from Hundred Reasons in the press area as we are huge fans of his band, and we caught up with our friends Nic and Jono from Blitz Kids too: Nic interviewed us for Iron Fist clothing which was pretty hilarious, looking forward to seeing how that video turns out!
The Punk Archive: What was your personal highlight at Camden Rocks?
Adam: Just the general atmosphere and 'feel' of the whole event. Camden is a mission at the best of times with all the tourists and so on, but this year it just felt right, probably because we were on a very tight schedule and always had somewhere to go to next. The punters there are real music fans, and the guys who organise it deserve a medal. We're really grateful to have been given the opportunity to keep stepping up year on year to bigger venues, and later stage times. It feels like it's really coming together this summer with the debut album out in July, and all the festivals we're doing, it's great! Camden Rocks was the perfect start to what we hope will be a perfect summer...
