The Punk Archive: So you've just played, right?
Drew: Yes, indeed.
The Punk Archive: How was it?
Drew: Really good. It was a bit rushed and a bit last minute, but good overall.
Paul: Filled up nicely after the first thirty seconds.
Drew: Yeah, the room was nice and packed out, which is what we want! So it was all good, man.
The Punk Archive: So what are you going to be doing for the rest of the day? Wandering around, getting smashed, or…
Drew: I will be, though I've got to take home my car, get a bit of food, shower up then get back out.
The Punk Archive: That's a bit practical! Not exactly rock and roll, man, c'mon!
Drew: I've got to have a shower. Got to be clean, bit sweaty!
The Punk Archive: So your album is out soon?
Drew: It's already out: it was out on the 17th February, reviews coming in, everyone's really enjoying it. It was a long time coming, but yeah, positive reviews, man.
The Punk Archive: Has it been going down well with crowds, too?
Paul: Yeah, it's a bit heavier, but they seem to like it!
Drew: Over the last couple of years we've been developing a new style which seems to be pleasing the crowds. We even had a little circle pit just now.
The Punk Archive: So what are you doing for the rest of the year?
Drew: We're actually going out on tour next week. We're doing four album release shows, starting on Saturday 22nd, Glasgow, Birmingham, Southampton and London.
The Punk Archive: They're pretty big shows then, yeah?
Drew: Yeah man, we kept it short and sweet, just because we want to get some numbers in, bring people round and show them the new album.
The Punk Archive: What about after that, any other plans?
Drew: Another full length in the summer. We're going to do a good two or three week stint, all headline shows, just getting that booked up at the moment.
The Punk Archive: Do you prefer playing festivals or gigs?
Drew: Well, both. With our own gigs, we're a bit more organised, soundcheck, you can bring your own gear which is good…
Paul: Festivals, I like watching people who don't know you and you've got to try and win them over….
The Punk Archive: What about your videos, do you guys come up with the ideas for them?
Drew: We work alongside a company called Sitcom Soldiers. We pretty much give them the song…
Paul: And they do everything.
Drew: They're fucking brilliant so we just leave them to do that!
